Valentine Massage Special

Instructions for a romantic Massage

Set the stage…using candles, music you love and low lighting or candles.
Warm the Massage oil. Be positive and remember practice makes perfect.
Plan to spend at least 30 minutes on a back massage.
Some terms you should understand are:
Friction …rapid oscillating pressure.
Percussion …light-cushioned blows over well-muscled area using side of hand.
Kneading …rhythmic lifting and squeezing flesh, either small pinches or larger folds of flesh or use both palms to press deep on back.
Effleurage … constant pressure with both hands.
Passive Exercise … Pulling or rotating parts to exercise joints.
Brushing … Light fingertip or long hair to transfer sensation from one part to another.

Have your partner sit in front of you between your legs if you do not have a massage table or do not want to bend over for a extended time. Back Massage - Start with a warm towel on the back to get to know and feel the breathing of your subject. Gently feel or push on the back when lungs empty. Remove towel and add a small amount of the massage oil with your hands. Effleurage with both hands facing inward going up the back. At first free and easy all over then press down a little harder and glide. Do not apply direct pressure on spine. Should barely feel edge of spine between fingertips. Make small U-shaped circles down sides of glutes. Trace edge of sacrum using 3 fingers with other hand on top. Press then slide circle. Iron up Spine One hand face down over spine other hand on top arching hand so no pressure on spine.
Forking up Spine. Two hands with two fingers on either side slide and press. Nudging One hand for pressure other heel pressure, turn out, turn back, slide up & down. Knead up and down sides and back using small and large kneads. Use Scrubbing and Swimming motions fast then slowly up and down back fast & slow. Effleurage down the back and back up several times. Using Praying hands go up several times. Pluck and knead shoulders. Effleurage shoulders 3 shoulders, 3 shoulders blades, 3 lats, 3 waist. Claw down each side,Kneading, cats fingers, spiders. Use whole palms one on each side in up then out circles starting at shoulder and repeat all the down to top of leg.Repeat as many times as you want or spend several minutes on each technique. Natural Grandma’s Face Care Package

8 0z. Brown Sugar Facial scrub
2 oz. Rosewater Face Cream
2 oz. Rosewater Splash

Rosewater has long been used to tone and refresh the face. It helps to prevent wrinkles and to reduce pores. Our rosewater is made from roses grown without any pesticides. It is distilled naturally from the reddest rose petals for a natural color. We add use a natural alcohol with no scent to preserve the rosewater and essential oils to enhance it.

The Brown Sugar Facial Scrub is made from brown sugar, ground oatmeal and grown raw almonds. It also contains vegetable glycerin and sweet almond oil. The inspiration for the scrub came from a very expensive Brown Sugar Scrub that Liz tried in an exclusive store. We made ours not only better but much more affordable. Use 2 or 3 times a week after cleansing your face. Massage into your face for 5 to 10 minutes and you will love the way your face feels and looks.

The final part of the trio is one we designed ourselves using the rosewater we make and combining it with shea butter and glycerin to make a face crème that works in our dry climate. Use it day or night because it has no waxes or preservatives it will absorb quickly into your skin. We know you will love it.

The total package is only $22.00

Natural Grandmas 10 Ways to Maintain Healthy Feet

1. Inspect your feet regularly and pay attention to changes in color, texture and appearance.

2. Maintain good foot hygiene, including washing and drying between the toes.

3. Hydrate the skin. Dry desert air and open shoes can cause rapid loss of moisture from the feet and cause cracking and the formation of fissures. (Alligator feet). For healthy beautiful feet soak in our Utah Dead Sea soak and then use our Polish with pumice twice or three times a week. Use our Healing foot crème daily.

4 Buy proper-size shoes. Different manufacturers make shoes the vary in size. You will not wear the same size in all brands. Buy shoes late in the day when your feet tend to be the largest. ALWAYS BUY THE SHOES THAT FEEL THE BEST.

5. Do not ignore foot pain. See a doctor is symptoms last more than a few days.

6. Cut toenails straight across. Cutting into the corner of nails can cause ingrown toenails.

7. Walk Walk Walk… Walking is an excellent conditioner for feet. Be sure to wear appropriate athletic shoes when exercising.

8. Alternate your shoes each. Feet have sweat glands and your shoes will absorb moisture from your feet, so it is important for your shoes to dry out completely.

9. Avoid walking barefoot outside to protect your feet from injury and infection.

10. Only wear flip flops on the beach or when at the swimming pool..

11. Put sunblock on your feet when wearing sandals during the day outside.
